Incapacity payments
IPWeekly payments that top up your income if a service-related condition stops you working at full capacity.
Incapacity payments cover the gap between what you can earn now and what you would have earned in the ADF or in your civilian job. They are taxable and reduce over time. The rules are complex, get an advocate.
