The short version
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with marketers.
- We do not pass your details to any provider listed in the directory without your explicit consent.
- The only personal information we hold is what you choose to give us in the Pathway Builder or referral form.
What we collect
When you use the Pathway Builder we store the answers you provide and, if you give us an email, that email. We use it to send you the pathway summary and, if relevant, follow up if a new resource fits your situation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
When you submit the referral form we store your name, email, optional phone, situation summary, state and consent flag. We only act on it if you tick the consent box.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful. No cookies that track you across other sites. No advertising pixels.
Australian Privacy Principles
Life After Defence is operated in Australia and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Email us through the Contact page if you want a copy of what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.
