A discharge from the ADF on medical grounds, where you no longer meet the medical standard for service.
Medical discharge triggers CSC invalidity classification, often unlocks DVA claims, and changes your transition support pathway. The Joint Transition Authority and DVA both have specific medical-discharge support.
