Administrative Review Tribunal
ARTThe independent federal tribunal that reviews decisions from the VRB and some DVA decisions directly. Replaced the AAT in 2024.
The ART is more formal than the VRB. Many veterans use a specialist veterans' lawyer at this stage. The 2024 replacement of the AAT with the ART changed some procedures, check current rules.
