Baldwin Advocacy & Claims
Veteran-owned DVA advocacy working on a transparent fixed fee with a built-in morality cap, so the bulk of any back payment stays with the veteran rather than the advocate.
Baldwin Advocacy & Claims (BAC) is a veteran-owned and led DVA advocacy practice founded by Kai Baldwin, who was medically separated from the ADF and went through the DVA system himself. BAC supports current and former serving members Australia-wide via telehealth across Initial Liability, Permanent Impairment, reassessments, appeals and reviews, medical separation, retrospective medical discharge, and ComSuper / military superannuation invalidity claims. The defining feature is the fee structure. BAC charges a fixed fee rather than a percentage of any back-paid entitlement, and applies a morality clause that caps the fee so the veteran keeps around 95% of their payment. The first consultation is free, no-obligation and confidential.
